Beginner Technique Course - The fundamentals of climbing
Brand new to climbing? This one-and-a-half-hour intro class will help new climbers start on the right foot with basic techniques that set the foundation for climbing success.
In this class, you will learn basic footwork techniques, how to properly position your body on the wall, route reading and how to navigate yourself in the gym as well as many other tips for new climbers. This course will cover techniques used for both roped climbing and bouldering.

INTERMEDIATE TECHNIQUE COURSE - Building Movement
Have you mastered the basic climbing movement techniques but are finding that you are still not progressing the way you know you can?
Our Intermediate Technique Course is designed for climbers at 5.10-/v2 level or higher and offers more intermediate footwork techniques along with mental strategizing, route reading, efficiency, dynamic movement, and much more.
This is a 2.5-hour course offered on a monthly basis with limited spaces available.
