Applicants must have a strong work ethic and must be efficient and able to work on a reliable schedule. Basic climbing knowledge is required and experienced climbers are preferred, but mainly we are looking to find new team members who are willing to learn and further develop their customer service and overall climbing skills and knowledge. We are a small team so flexibility and a strong desire to work are a must.
  • Greet and check-in members and guests
  • Give facility orientations and belay checks
  • Operate computerized point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Maintain knowledge of gym programs and products
  • Answer phones, take messages, schedule groups, parties, student groups for classes/clinics/events
  • Maintain a clean and organized gym environment for all patrons and staff
  • Teach beginning and intermediate climbing classes based on experience and skill
